Voice Feedback Gone

I've noiced that since around the time my HFL was replaced a couple of months ago, Voice feedback is history except when I press [Voice] while on a Nav route and it only works for that next turn or keep right, etc.

Voice Feeedback on Setup screen 3 is set to [On].

Any thoughts?

Not to point out an obvious fix, but is the volume turned down or set to mute on the setup screen? When I have the voice guidance muted, it still allows me to push voice and get the next turn direction (I think)

Could have been the Acura tech who did the HFL, the guys who park my car in the garage in my building, or my aging brain ....
