Viper 5901 From Factory Remote?

Hey,

Installed a Viper 5901 in my '06 TL and my '11 Honda CR-V. I used the XPressKit DB-ALL Modules. Does anyone know how to make the alarm disarm and arm from the factory FOB?

Do you mean using the TL's FOB to alarm/disarm the Viper?

Yes. The Factory FOB to control the Viper. As it turns out it works on my car. It doesn't work on my wife's CR-V. After poking at it I figured out when they did my install they used the D2D cable. When they did my wife's they didn't. I am going to reconfigure it using the D2D cable and that should all work. The next step is to figure out if I want to do the rear defrosters and if so how....

After doing this would you still be able to use the Viper remote after doing this mod?
