viper 5002 help
A little help needed. Some info:
2007 TL S
Viper 5002
XK01 bypass with HODL4 latest firmware (I think)
tilt sensor/backup battery
I followed the excellent instructions in this forum here: https://acurazine.com/forums/showthr...all+Viper+5901 but modified it so that I'm not using the remote start/pkh34.
I've wired everything up, wire 2 wire from the xk01 to the viper (with ground when running on the xk01 connected to the factory disarm output on the viper), xk01 to the data line in the car, viper to the ignition/power/ground/siren/backup batter/tilt sensor.
But I'm having a problem. Arming the viper does not lock the doors. Disarming the viper unlocks the doors, but then the oem alarm arms and locks the doors about 2 seconds later.
Tomorrow I'll hook up the immobilizer connection between the viper and car, but I don't think that has anything to do with my problem.
Any suggestions?
Thanks - Alex
