Here is a ? for you you guys I have the 710 with the sd flash. I have a question about charging. I had an unable to charge error message the other day. I disconnected the charger and reconnected and everythign appeared to be working properly. Now here is my ? When the phone is charging do you have 1 bar flashing all the time. I have one bar flashing all the time then when disconnected It shows a full charge.

The 2nd one when charging do menu 9 and check battery strenght when my battery is fully charged and charging it shows a 2 then i disconnect and it shows a 6.

What does everyone elses show thanks for the help

 

I too have a 710... Lemme see what I can tell you.

I too have got the Unable to Charge message once or twice. Unplug and try again and all was well. I didn't worry about it.

As for charging, YES, when it is actually charging the battery indicator blinks (don't recall is 1 bar or 2) but when you unplug when the charge is over, the battery strength then goes to full. It appears as though my phone is acting just like your phone so I would assume all is normal and well. Typically, I charge my phone when the power is off, but when I have done it with the power on, I see what you see.

I've gotten the "unable to charge" message a few times too, but as DarkWraith33 said, unplugging and re-plugging should do it.

The bars on my battery indicator do not flash when charging. The battery shaped graphic that surrounds the bars does flash while charging and it stops flashing when the battery is charged.
