To access my forwarded voice mail on my Motorola V551, I need yo press the "*" key after answering my phone. But pressing the "*" key pops up a dialog box to enter a name in the directory. I can't seem to get around this. I don't think this use to happen with my V600 but I'm not sure. Anyone know a solution?
