USA Spec harness?

USA Spec harness?
Ok so i have a usa spec module on my 06 tacoma and i was just wondering if usa spec module on the truck is the same as the one as are sold for our cars even if it means that i have to change the harness.....since im gonna use the car more than the truck i dont have no problem taking it out of the truck and just buyin a harnest to install on the car......
I have the pa15 modul on the truck just in case.....
