Okay it was working! lol

I am so upset that my TL can't be used well with my new Treo. I had several calls coming in and I would hit the answer button on my car, it picks up, then it hangs up (the car hangs up), phone still active, then the car picks back up again next thing I know it is dead and I can't talk to the person on the phone.

I have tried both of Jet updates 1.20 and 1.24 now, neither have helped this problem. Anyone have a idea how to make this work better?

I really liked using it in my car especially with the new Texas law that might pass with no cell phones it will come handy.

I had to remove the cell from my phone setup in the TL due to having too mayn issues.

 

I also have treo 750 and it worked really well for about a week and now all of sudden I'm having the same exact problem as you where I can't seem to make any phone calls anymore or receive them. It just hangs up and sometimes I even get major static with no voice.
I wonder if I changed some setting accidently.

 

Ok so this is what I tried and it actually seemed to work, well atleast for tonight. I will update further after about a week. I took the battery out and did a soft reset on the Treo 750. I also deleted all phones out of my car's settings. I then did the phone set up and pairing through the car as I turned the phone back on. I put in passcode "0000" in the car and later the phone prompted me for the same code and after inputting it, all seemed to be paired. I made two phone calls with no problem.

 

I had the same problem. I also have the problem of pairing the phone to the HFL. The voice on the HFL keeps telling me that the pairing process cannot be made from the phone. I tell the HFL to cancel the pair which it does then in about 2 minutes the voice prompt says the same thing. The only way I can stop this loop is to turn off the bluetooth on the Treo. My Treo is very buggy and I have been told by Cingular that there is an software update coming very soon. Maybe this will fix the issues with the pairing, if not bye bye Treo 750. Thanks for the quick fix on the pairing, I will give it a try.
