I have a 2006 TL ELS with Navi and XM, and the cd changer is bad.

first question:
Does anyone know if I can install the audio unit from a '07-'08 TL? The connectors in the back look the same, except for the antenna.

second question:
what experience have folks had getting the changer repaired, or with used replacements?
