For all who have made an aux imput, not specifically for the ipod, but just and mp3 player in general, how good is the blitzsafe? Install, price, sound quality? Thanks guys

 

You will find many differing viewpoints. I have the regular old blitzsafe aux in (v2.0). I have my dvd player and ipod hooked into it (just using pig tails, nothing fancy). Sound with the iPod is amazing. Plus I like the regular aux in so people can plug in thier own mp3 player. I am really impressed with the sound quality.

 

So for my situation if i only want ONE aux imput for an mp3 player, and don't care about losing XM, the blitzsafe is the way to go? Anyone have a link for one?

Allows you to keep XM...sound quality is excellent.

Different materials, same concept. There are a lot of different ways people did this install...to each thier own.
