I am trying to get in touch with Brian at Tec-Toyz. After getting his permission via e-mail, I sent in my Blue interior LED package in exchange for the White bulbs. The last I heard from him was on January 19th saying he had received the blue bulbs I sent in and he was about to ship out my white bulbs. I have not received the bulbs and I have sent him regular e-mails and I have submitted requests via his website. He has not replied to anything in months.
Can anyone tell me if he is out of business or some way I can get in touch with him?
I had read nothing but great things about his products and his warranty. I am very surprised I have been ignored for 2 months.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i sent in a defective bulb to brian back around the same time you did, jmathine...took about a month between me realizing the light was bad and receiving my new one from brian, free of charge...i received it around mid february...i haven't tried contacting him since (no reason to), but yes, he's still in business...i have plenty of his biz cards at home, so when i get off work i'll see what number he has on there and give it to you...
