my illuminated door sills are blue and the LED on one side is going out, anyone know what type of LED it's called? I want to replace it with the same one or something similar.

you need to get one from this vendor in 3cm wide (https://www.etsy.com/listing/1538855...arious-glowing). however the color may be completely different so if i were you i'd just get all four done at the same time. it's called EL tape. also as a heads up, you may need to redo the inverter wiring and use some copper connectors to make it all work.

didn't the last production come with LEDS, not EL Tape? depends on which version he has. could be wrong... its been a while. I have the RED EL tape old version but still never connected the inverters lol.

 

they were all EL tape as far as I know. I'm about to sell mine on BM. Just got tires of the look after 7 years haha

 

I have the LED ones there's no EL tape on the ones that I have. These ones are blue with two LEDs one on each side

i would tell you to search for it but photobucket is blocking 3rd parties. There was an LED version though. theres threads about it.
