I'm not sure if this is anywhere in the forum, and I've been looking for about 2 days now, but is there a possibility of simply using the DVD navigation system to play normal DVDs also, or do you need to put in a separate DVD player (in the 07 TL). And if so, could someone quickly summarize how to do it?

Also, if you need a separate DVD player, could someone summarize what you need to do it, and how to do it? I have an Alpine DVD player, but the remote needs a sensor and stuff. Thanks guys!

Buy DOMS TV2NAV system
Install in car
Buy vehicle DVD player
Install in car
Buy PIE X3
Install in car.

Enjoy DVD video and sound in the nav screen....
