very well known issue...run a search and you will find 3 possible sources from the rear deck. the rear deck, the sub woofer, or the middle seat belt or combo of the 3.

I also found rattles coming from the 6.5" speakers back there so i put some sealing tape (?) between the speaker and where they fit. Helped but that rear deck rattles bad when a 70Hz frequency is around.
I put a 10" in the trunk and sounds good to my ear. Using an old Orion xtr210 (first and only car sub i have kept). 300 watts seems perfect for my application.
