Has anyone replaced the factory subwoofer to an aftermarket subwoofer. Please let me know how and what size subwoofer it could fit in the rear deck?

NO... no... and no!

The factory sub is small, and limited.

You can not put most modern aftermarket subs in it's place because they require a SEALED box, or a properly designed ported box...

Using a powerfull sub in the open air just doesn't work well, and will sound like garbage. That, and there's not much room to begin with.

Agree

Unless you are planning to add an amp there will be little to gain by just upgrading the driver in the OEM hole. Even with an amp it might not be that great either. There are subs that are designed to work with an infinite baffle (like the OE driver) but your choices will be limited.

There are numerous folks who have replaced the stock sub with a JL Audio 8" w3v2...

As stated above, though, to get solid bass, you have to seal it up. I'm gonna try and run it Infinate Baffle with an e1200 amp. It may not be optimal, but it has to be better than stock.
