Yep, you read it right. On my way to work this morning I noticed my beloved tight, low-end missing from my audio system and thought, "Oh, well, either I blew a fuse or something's loose...I'll fix it tonight." SO, after what has been an incredibly long, hard, and productive week, I pop open my trunk to discover
I have about 3 extra cubic feet of trunk space. I stand there thinking, "NO WAY. NOT ME. I LIVE IN TOO EXPENSIVE AN AREA FOR THIS TO HAVE HAPPENED." How wrong I was. I had originally thought to myself that I should ABSOLUTELY kill my volume to 0 while pulling in to my development as there are some shady elements on the corner where I pull in. I should have followed that instinct.
My morale is absolutely shot to shit, and the iota of faith I had in the 'good' that may exist in humanity is all but gone.
My favorite mod in my car...not my LEDs, not my CF, not my A-Spec, custom steering wheel, but my subs.
So I gotta move forward either way. This time, I need to anchor everything the fuck down, so I am thinking about going free air with a 10" in the deck. What do you recommend?

wow sorry to hear...
Just like you said there's nothing better than having a complete system, I could never go back to stock set-up after my recent overhaul.
How would go about getting a 10" in the deck anyway? Do you plan on cutting the deck or somehow mounting it upside down to face the trunk floor?

dont loose faith in humanity coz of couple fucked up people man !!!
but that being said sorry for what hap dude....i wouldve been so furious, i wouldve
them mofo's
about free air subs....i wouldnt recommend it since they dont hit as hard....i would go in for shallow mount and mount the box to the trunk
also the RMS a free air sub is rated at is to be divided by 2 for the actual RMS....for example if a free air sub is rated at 300RMS you can only hook it up to a 150RMS pumping amp !!!
