Question sub problem........

Ok guys i need some help, i have two 10" bazzoka woofers hooked up to an MTX Thunder 4202 amp. it was given to me as a gift from my cousin and i would really like to set them up in my TL so i can finally have some base.....my old car (2002 Mazda Tribue), had a stock 8 that would knock your socks off....and i can't get a bottle of water to rattle on the acura sub...

SO, im wondering if i can take the stock wiring and hook up my new system, my worry is that if i tear apart my trunk to get to the wiring ill be S.O.L,

Here are some pics..

any ideas? thoughts? thanks guys!!

Get a Line Output Converter (LOC) and replace that with the stock sub. Then its just simple wiring for power, ground and remote. The hardest part will be taking out your back seat to be able to remove the stock sub.

You have to remove your seat to remove your sub. You can get to the wiring from the trunk by removing the carpet.

this topic has been discussed many times. all you need to do is tap into your kick panel's preamp subwoofer wire. (red and blue +) (white and green -) its under the right passenger side kick panel and it's a black and white plug. you can't miss it.

tap that and make it into a RCA cable using this.

and just wire your remote and power wire from the battery and you're all set.

my method doesn't require a Line Output Converter. save some money and put it into other means.
