Is it better to have the subs facing the trunk or to face the cabin? I heard having the subs face the trunk causes a lot of rattling. Thanks

 

Depends on what you're looking for. From my own experience facing them toward the trunk increases low end bass like rap and it's much louder. Facing forward they're not as loud but they sound a little tighter.

My rattles were pretty close either way. Maybe a little less with them facing forward but not that much.

Even better is a bandpass ported throught the armrest. No rattles at all even without dynamat.
