Thick construction paper (or cardboard) from an art store, scissors and patience. Make a template first and then outline onto the MDF

What is a Sub Beauty Panel?

Is that for the trunk?

I kinda got rough measurements for the area under the rear deck..... But I took the center seat belt out.. No one is going to sit in the middle, except maybe a baby.... That should be a good while off..

But even with that it Its going to be hard if not impossible to make a .3 cf box for the JL Sub.

well, last time i tried to make a BOX,(thats right, a simple box) i boned it big time, i stood the wood vertical on the floor to measure and cut with a level, and 2 sheets later i found out why nothing was fitting correctly, my garage floor is slanted outwards to drain water T_T. just wanted to see how you guys do it, i will try the cardboard and probly buy a sawzall instead of a circular saw next time around. didnt even think of cardboard =P
