Strange Navi works only if radio off (video). Radio about dead.

Strange Navi works only if radio off (video). Radio about dead.
I get no audio controls or radio station display, I can change the station though. When i turn off the radio I can use the navigation. 
I sent my unit to Alpine, I thought it would solve my problem but it didn't.
I can't remember, the problem either started when my navi/radio just died one day at a stoplight or, when I tried some Chinese LED turn signal bulbs. I took those out right away when I noticed it some of my interior instrument lights were flashing! 2004 Acura TL
