Stock subs

I have read thru a previous thread. Is it correct that you can't replace the stock sub with an aftermarket sub because of space issues in the rear deck? In terms of the aftermarket sub, the JL 8W3v2 is the only one that can fit? I was looking into the JL 10W3v3 so I guess it can't fit because the thermal power handling is 300W instead the 8" would be only 125W. Am I correct with that assumption?

I was thinking putting a box w/ 2 10" JL but I wanted it to be simple, clean and save space thats why I am looking into replacing the old stock sub.

the 10 can't fit because there is not enough room in the shelf for it, it would require alot of cutting and reinforicing.

I guess my only option is to buy 2 10" subwoofer. I looking in purchasing 1 10" jl speaker the enclosed box. Do you know any website which sells JL audio speaker cheap?

More importantly than room... you NEED proper airspace for most subs, ESPECIALLY a brand like JL, which is designed to run mostly in sealed enclosures.

It will not work properly, or sound good, in the open air.
