I thought i'd share this , if you ever need to get the stereo code just call:
800 382-2238 - Acura Services, dealer will charge 15-30$ to get it for you and thats just wrong, this service is free all you need is the serial number of the radio( get it by pressing 1 and 6 on the radio at the same time while the radio is OFF, then while holding buttons turn it on) you'll see the 2 number sequences on the radio display ( not the main one but the one with the clock) right them down and provide to the costumer rep on the phone.

Save you time and $$$$, oh and next time when acura dealer tells you to bring the car in so they can dis assemble the radio to look for some numbers tell them to fuck off.

 

That's nice. The dealer can look up the code w/o pulling the radio. I called the dealer and they had the code in like 30 seconds.

same number or just ask the dealer, they will need the serial of your navi( in the trunk on the bottom of the unit

 

30 bucks seems like a bargain compared to what Acura Sherway in Toronto told me, my car came up from the states and the guy tried telling me it would be over a hundred bucks! oh, but if i was able to take out the radio to get the serial number on the back of the radio, then give that to them it would only be 50 because then it would only be a matter of making a phone call to the dealership is down south. WHAT A JOKE I hope no one agrees to this kinda crap
