I've been wanting to install a carputer in my 04 tl w/ navi for the longest time. I finally have a 3 week vacation and my goal is to install a carputer during my vacation. I have been doing a lot of research, but I cant seem to find a step by step tutorial. PLease if there is anyone out there that can direct me to the correct resources that I need it would be greatly appreciated. Also are there any one in the So Cal area has expericence in installing a carputer in an 04 tl? If so do you provide service to install a carputer? Many people say it easy to install but the wiring and the power supply is what I dont get. I need a good tutorial if I'm gonna do it on my own. Thank you in advance

 

Im assuming you are in the san gabriel vally ( sgv). Ive been installing for many years and definitely know my way around the tl. Id be happy to help you out. I dont know exactly what you want to do though. There are several options. If you want we could meet during the week to talk and i could help you do it yourself. Its not that difficult and will save you money. I was an install manager at The Good Guys for years and i also worked at world famous speakerworks for a while. We did a good amount of carputers at sw. Id be happy to help out.
