Speaker lose is unlikely, its probably the sub rattling the whole panel. You best bet is to open the trunk, pull the carpet/cover off of the part covering that rear panel. BE CAREFUL NOT TO BREAK THE CLIPS! Every car will be a little different so you might want to get a song with bass on and put your head back there and listen for that rattle to single it out. Also, the 3rd brake light should have a little room between itself and the rear window..I heard you can slip something between them so it won't rattle.
You might want to look into dampeners to put over all the metal back there. I don't know all that much about the different kinds but I hear you can get something called "peel n' seel" from Home Depot/Lowes/Whatever that works pretty well and is very easy to use.
