Sparked: Navi and CD Player turned on w/o key

So, out of confusion, I couldn't help but post. I have 2 P2 subs in the back with a 500 Watt Mono-amp by Rockford. I was pulling the subs out today, and I managed to touch the blue and silver streetwire wires together - there was a small spark. Then, all of a sudden, my car's navigation screen and cd player started up...WITHOUT the key. I inspected, and it seems that no fuses have gone out. BUT question: what sort of damage can something like this cause? Sparking those two wires can't be too bad, can it? It's happened a few times!!!... ...I wonder how it is that the navi and cd player started on up? i couldn't even turn it off the first few times...

help and thanks,
eric

my guess is that you tapped the radio for the amp turn on, a reverse signal was sent to the radio telling it to turn on and then that fuse is also for the navi.
