After using my T637 for several months, I am generally happy with it. My problems with the bluetooth operation are as follows:

1. When I dial on the phone and then transfer to handsfree, I can hear the ringing. But when someone pick up on the other hand, the transfer is dropped. I have to transfer again before I can talk handsfree. Very annoying.

2. While the car is running the voice recognition works perhaps 10-20% of the time.

 

hm with regard to the first problem you have i have the opposite. i would dial the number with the hands free then transfer the call to the phone. i can't hear the ringing but all of a sudden i will hear the person i called say "hello". the voice recognition on the car for bluetooth works about 30% of the time for me as well.
