simple question: anyone using this bluetooth adapter?

Anker SoundSync Drive Bluetooth 4.0 Car Receiver, Wireless Phone Call & Music Streaming Car Kit with Built-in Mic, Music Streaming, Echo and Noise Reduction, Multi-Point Access, 3.5mm Aux Cable Anker SoundSync Drive Bluetooth 4.0 Car Receiver, Wireless Phone Call & Music Streaming Car Kit with Built-in Mic, Music Streaming, Echo and Noise Reduction, Multi-Point Access, 3.5mm Aux Cable

If so, any thoughts/advice to share?

I'm in a 2007 TL base, which has an aux-in jack in the storage compartment inside the armrest.

Thx in advance.

This is the one I use for my '07 TL-S:
https://www.amazon.com/HomeSpot-NFC-Enabled-Bluetooth-Receiver-System/dp/B009OBCAW2/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1488144635&sr=8-2&keywords=homespot https://www.amazon.com/HomeSpot-NFC-Enabled-Bluetooth-Receiver-System/dp/B009OBCAW2/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1488144635&sr=8-2&keywords=homespot

You'll need to buy a USB car adapter elsewhere if you already don't have one.

Arrived in today's mail and installed, along with a
<u><b>loop noise isolator</b></u> loop noise isolator
(both plug-and-play). Working beautifully with a clean and clear (no-hiss) signal. Highly recommended.

Very nice. I imagine it's all connected inside the storage compartment under the armrest? Do you have to turn it on or do anything manually with the receiver to connect, or can you just turn on your car and it automatically connects to your phone? And do you find the noise isolator necessary?

The one downside to the Anker Bluetooth adapter: it requires a reconnecting of the USB plug to turn it on each time. There are other adapters out there that start automatically when one turns on the car, but they are reported (in reviews) to be plagued by bad sound quality/poor cxn. I haven't yet tried the set-up without the noise isolator, so can't (yet) answer your question. But I did buy it to insure better sound/signal quality.
