Sensor signal to video output

I was wondering if anyone knows if such a thing exist. What i would like to do is take the signal given from a pressure sensor and convert that into a video signal. I know there would have to be a brain which knows how to filter the signal from the sensor and all it to be put out in to video form. I want to use the factory navi screen to see the pressure rather than mount gauges themselves. Thanks

nice find on the brockway but i was thinking more along the lines of HKS Camp II digital display but would allow me to do more of universal sensors verse only the sensors that come with the kit.
