I have a Samsung A870 on the telus network and I'm having a problem getting it to work with handsfreelink. The phone pairs no problem and outgoing calls work fine. The problem is with incoming calls. The system recognizes a call and the caller can hear me but I can't hear them. The stereo goes of and the system tells me I have an incoming call but when I answer the stereo comes back on and acts like there is no call even though the line is still open. The system in the car works fine with my blackberry and my wife's motorola so I'm guessing it's the phone and more likely the Telus software since the Acura support line (they really made an effort to troubleshoot this) tells me they have no reported problems with this phone on the verizon network. Telus has been useless and blames Acura.

Any suggestions or similar stories?
