right led bulb?

i was looking into gettin led bulbs for the rear license plate bulbs...was wondering if these were the right bulbs

the "WLED-x6 LED bulb 12 VDC 6-LED Wedge Base bulb (194/168 type)
With built-in voltage regulator'

was wondering if these are the right bulbs or not? any help would be appreciated

Just curious, but why red? It may look good, but won't it make it harder for police to read your plate? no point in getting pulled over for something like that.

oh not red..im gettin cool white there is a drop down option to choose the color..i juz needed to verify the size of hte bulbs...

From my experience the WLED's will flicker eventually. Maybe a month, maybe a couple weeks.

I think the reason Kennedy had success with the LP bulb he recommended was because of the heat sink.

I changed my WLED to what Kennedy recommended a couple of months ago and no flicker (so far ).

I used these for my License plates. They are pretty bright but I have only had them for 3 weeks and I don't think I have had any flickering.

That is the right type bulb, I just replaced mine in the license plate tonight. I went with a bright white LED and it turned out pretty dim. I am going to switch out for a regular bright white bulb instead, don't want to take any chances with the cops not being able to read my tags.

Just my two cents, but you got the right bulb size, 194 or 168.

o well i already ordered them guess we'll how they look i cud always use them somewhere else :-)
