rgbs to rca composite video
I drive an 05 acura tl. I have integrated a carputer using my stock navigation screen using a vga to rgbs converter and a series of relays and am not satisfied with the resolution quality. I want to replace my stock screen with a touchscreen vga lcd. I have figured out how to do this, but I want to retain my stock functionality and I do not want to relocate my stock screen.
So I want to input my car's rgbs signal into the rca input of the new screen. I have looked for an rgbs to rca composite converter but to no avail. Does anyone know of such a thing or know how to do this?
Thanks for your time and input!

Quality of the image is defined only by stock screen possibilities (480x234).
