Reset home link for garage door.

I'm going to trade in my '05 Acura TL. My question is how to cancelled the home link so the car doesn't connect with my garage door, and olso how to cancelled all the setting on the car. Thank you for you help. I lost my manual.

Hold the 1 and 3 buttons on the HomeLink. I can't remember for how long, maybe 5 or 10 seconds.
