Hi Everyone,

I'm new to the 3G forum, I have a 4G and recently purchased a 3G.

I'm in the process of doing the navi conversion, but have a few questions.

1) If I switch just the screen so the navigation display and sub-display (clock), will the screen work without the DVD drive?

2) I have an issue where if I turn my lights on, the clock and current audio display goes really dim, almost off.

3) Can anyone help me out with wiring the navi sub-display - purchased one from a TL Type-S, and found the harness as well. Just need some help with wiring it.

4) I've been reading the ETM, and from what I can tell so far, the sub-display gets connected to the "extra" harness that is on the navigation screen, I luckily got the harness with it. Its the green 22 pin connector. Do I just connect the wires from the sub-display to the corresponding colors on that extra harness?

You will need the DVD drive for any of it to work - the subdisplay, and the screen.
They're all integrated.

The screen gets RGB signal from the DVD drive.
