Replacement Navigation DVD Player

Hey all,

I have a 2007 TL Type S which has an aftermarket head unit installed which has a crossover installed where the DVD player was, hence my nav screen just showing up black. Do you guys know if any year DVD player will do just fine or even an aftermarket? Stock ones online are very expensive - thank you for the input!

So you're trying to get oem navi to work with aftermarket radio? your navi dvd should be in the trunk so all you really need to do is the 68omh resistor mod to trick the system to think the factory radio is still plugged in. rather than pulling out the pin like in the post linked, i used t-tap to tap into and bridge the wire with the resistor in the middle. works just fine
