so my idiotic dealer installed my acura music link through my glove compartment and after years of opening and closing the door on the cable, the wire that connects to my ipod has worn and no longer recognizes when i plug in.

i want to replace this cable manually since the dealership is trying to rip me off but just want to make sure that i am buying the correct cable.

if i buy the cord in the link below, will that serve as a suitable replacement to the factory acura music link cord?
