Yup my sub was rattling against the metal its mounted too, the rear deck was rattling and the middle seat belt reel was rattling. Foamed under the sub, all under the rear deck and a bit under the c pillars and under the rear seat. Also completely removed the middle seat belt. Almost no rattles now, a little bit still with heavy bass but far improved.

It's a common problem. Design flaw on the part of Acura, if you ask me. There are various fixes listed in the forums, it's easy to find them.

After listening around from where the rattling was coming from, it was the strongest closest to the rear windshield. I pushed down on the liner surrounding the speakers and the rattle stopped. I had a piece of velcro that I folded over itself to increase its thickness, and wedged it between the liner and the windshield (from inside the car). No more rattle.

take out the rear deck and look at the bottom. Where ever there is plastic touching metal, then cover it with duck tape or something. This includes around the mounting holes and the plastic flat "rail" pieces that provide rigidity to the rear deck... Then enter the trunk and secure the cable better that is the emergency latch opener. That cable was vibrating against the metal also. You probably wont get out ALL the vibrations.
