Rain sensing wipers

Here is one of the best ideas I think I have ever seen on AZ:
Get a used rain sensor (I believe the guy used one from a Mazda) and connect it to the KP Window Roll Up module. When the sensor detects rain, the windows roll up and sunroof closes. Absolute genius.
Another mod for my list!

As far as rain sensing whipers to me that's an idiot feature, if you are driving and can't tell it's raining, or as I see many in florida, drive with your wipers on long after the rain is gone, you should permanently lose your drivers license and ride the bus.

Keep Right Except to Pass
The intermittent wipers adjust to a longer interval if you slow down sufficiently or if you come to a complete stop. When you're sitting at a red light, you don't necessarily need them to flick across as often as you do when you're moving, and if it's raining hard enough that you WOULD need them to do that, you'll probably have them set on continuous rather than intermittent anyway. When you take your foot off the brake, the intermittent wipers will always make an immediate pass so that the windscreen is clear (the assumption is that you took your foot off the brake intending to start moving).
