I have an 08 TL, non-navi. This has happened twice now in the 2.5 months I have owned the car. I will get in my car in the morning and the radio is on station 107.9, which isn't a radio station where I live and then find out that all my stations have been reset and none of my radio presets are there.

Has this happened to anyone else? I have going back to the dealership, but if the problem persists, I might have to.

 

are you using the same key each time...i think the radio presets will change if you sync your key to your settings in your car, driver 1/2...otherwise, get that ghost out your whip

I have the exact same problem. I linked one of the fob's when we took delivery of the car. It does recognize D1/D2 upon unlock etc using each fob, but the radio has reset twice. (I didn't pay attention to the A/C settings -that's not really a big deal anyway).

Should I 'start over'; Sync #1 and #2 again?

 

This is an issue when XM is lost, the next time it happens check XM to see if you still have the 3 month trial running.
