I have had my 2004 TL for three weeks. The radio gets really scratchy and staticy and completely tunes out and comes back in. The volume can be at 15 but sounds like its on 2 and vice versa. This happens with cd's, am/fm, and or xm alike. If a call comes in when this is happening the call sounds distorted as well. If I turn off the car and turn it back on the problem might go away immediately. The problem goes away sometimes if I turn off the radio and turn it back on. This has happened around five or six times. I have an appointment with the dealer on Thursday but was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on the cause of the problem.
