I have a 06 tl, and I was able to modify and take out the factory radio unit. I relaxed it with a pioneer screen. I saw that a few people had kits they used around their aftermaket radios. I was hoping someone could direct me in the direction of where I could purchase one or get one made. To get the clean finished look without the two open spaces for knobs.

 

Here ya go... but the half circles will still be there until you fill them in.
