radio code

I changed my battery and the code that wasgiven to me years ago for the radio did not work. Is there a solution to this problem?

You have to get the serial number off the radio's back and call the dealer. If you give them the serial number, they'll give you the code.

Was your head unit ever replaced? If so, dealer should have gave you a new card. There are two sets of numbers on the card, you sure you entered the correct set?

Radio Codes

I found that if you register at http://owners.acura.com/
they will provide the code for you on-line.
I haven't tried this, but this is what is stated.
Let me know if this is successful.

Call the dealer and give them your VIN code. For most vehicles that's all you need to do, you don't need to remover the radio.
