Whenever I listen to music and whenever the bass hits my car, it rattles if its even a little loud. I am not sure whats causing the rattle. My friend has a IS250 and he put this in http://www.amazon.com/MTX-Audio-Term...597240&sr=1-16

I was wondering what the audio experts on here thought about this sub? And how much should the install be if installing in the 3G TL? I am not installing anything else or doing anything else I just want a subwoofer in my trunk.

I am not knowledgeable at all when it comes to audio.

 

how are you going to power the sub?

mtx subs or just that enclosure? what are your goals here?

haha...i only respond to the threads i feel like i can help with. i'm still n00b-cake status to the max.

what's bugging me is that i still haven't gotten my own audio stuff figured out. i'm dying to install the front components and 2nd amp.

 

Its ok..I feel like a noob since I cant figure out whats going on with this remote situation I'm having. Why don't you try to install it?? It won't be hard at all since you already have most stuff run to the trunk

 

yeah i've been following your problem thread...that sucks man. very frustrating i'm sure.

i guess i could finish installing everything but i really need/like having dave's (dwb993) help with wiring/audio stuff. i just feel more confident that things will go smoothly.

 

Yeah true. But if you have questions..that's what this forum is for. I know A TON more than I did about 4 months ago just through research and doing everything myself. Sure it's easy to confuse yourself sometimes..but you won't make that mistake again ya know. I say give it a try.

You'd need an amp and amp kit. Not including misc. wires, etc. I would check your local Craigslist man
