question about subs

hey guys... I have a box with 3 MTX 10 inch subs and then a 12inch POLK sub with a amp... im gonna need another amp, and i might not put the 12 AND the 10s in... but i wanted them on separate frequencys,

so when the high bass thumps, the 10s move, and when the low bass thumps the 12 moves... is this possible? i dont know anything about car audio stuff so I am going to the car shop by my place to have them install it....

also, is there anyway to run a switch up to the dash so i can turn my subs on/off?

thanks in advance!

I've asked the same thing and what most people came up with was noise cancellation. Get something nice like the 12 or 10W6s or w7 and they do a great job of all sub frequiencies. You would be surprised at how hard a 10w7 will hit and still have excellent low bass.

Do you have ELS?? You should be able to shut Subs off from the head unit.
