Q&A: My navi has missing or inaccurate info, what do I do?
If your navi has missing or innacurate information such as stores , streets, addresses, etc, there is something that you can do about it.
Go to update.navteq.com , and report it.
They WILL get back to you with an update.
If there's a street that has been around for 5 years and isn't on the nav disc, it's because no one has reported it...
