Programming Voice Commands for calling Phone Book Contacts

Hi everyone, I recently purchased a 2008 acura tl with nav. I have successfully transferred my contacts into the phonebook on the nav. However, I am wondering if anyone can tell me how to:
1) Set up the bluetooth so I can say "call mom" "call john" (etc, assuming I have these names in my phonebook on the nav). Is there anyway to do this, so I do not have to say "call...123-456-7891" everytime I call a routine contact?

2) If I am in my car and dial a number on my phone (not on via the car's handsfree), how do I transfer it to the hfl/car's speakers once the phone call is connected? even if the bluetooth is already connected with the car?

Thanks! I can't seem to figure these out.

Neo, when you set up your Personal Phonebook (ie: Call Mom), the car should ask you what phone number you want to associate with "Mom". That way, all you have to do is say "Call Mom" and the car already has your Mom's phone number programmed in and associated with her.

On your 2nd question, it depends on what kind of cell phone you have. iPhones have to wait until the call is connected before it can be transferred to the HFL. All you have to do is press your "Call" button and say "Transfer". After a few seconds, the car will put the person you're talking to on speaker.
