Program garage funtion on DEI alarm

Does anyone know how to program the remote to open the garage? I just picked up the Python 592 which is the same as the Viper 5902.

Try calling DEI support line but wait time is over 34 min with no one picking up.

Not sure how these axillary things work but perhaps you just run one of those wires to the garage button and then activate it through the remote.
