Recently the audio on my 04 Navi (2006 disc) has been scratchy. I am still able to make out what she is saying but the problem comes and goes. Also, the microphone no longer works. If I attempt to speak into it the system continuously asks me to repeat myself. I would like to pair my phone to the system but this issue is keeping me from doing so. There are no visual defects of the system. Would updating with a new disc remedy? Anyone have any advice?
