Ok i purchased a prestige 997c alarm and had it installed on my 06 TL (had it installed in my 97 accord and my 06 tacoma before so got use to the pagers).....when it came time to program the controls it was giving the installer a problem.....it would not want to lock/unlock/auto start or open the trunk and if it would do it with the controls it came with you had to last a couple of seconds pressing down on the buttons......

Now the installer had older model pager laying around and programed that pager and everything worked fine....now my question is.....is it possible for both pagers that came with the alarm have problems????

I can understand that one of them can but both of them????

Its kind of weird that they came with problems as the installer told me and where i live he is one of the best car and alarm installer in my town(plus he installed my alarms in my previous cars)...

What do you guys think i should do ????
