Preset channels change on it's own
Hi All,
This has happened to me a couple times. I have my preset channels and on a couple of times when i start the car i notice that the music has changed. When I switch to Audio on my 2008 TL it shows different channels then what was programmed. I thought it only affected the radio but this second time it happend just a couple days ago I had an incoming call as I could feel my cell phone vibrating on my side but the system did not announce that I had an incoming call. Even after I pressed the answer button on the steering wheel it did not answer the call. I was wondering if anyone else had this issue. I have the extended warranty so I'm hoping this is covered. I want to wait for the next time this happens so I can see if it also impacts the Nav system as well.

Not the battery
Don't think it's the battery because the next time i get in the car and crank it up the right presets are back again and the cellphone works again. If it was the battery it would forget the presetsbut they come back the next time. I'm sure I will takeit to the dealership but want to see if it is affecting the Nav system too.

Each key/remote has a different name and separate settings for the audio, climate control as well as the seats and mirrors.
Mine used to do this. The dealership took it apart and found one of the wires from the battery to be faulty and breaking apart. Which is why my stations would reset once in a while. They replaced the wire and I haven't had a problem since.
