Make sure to put attention alex in the email subject because this is the company generic email and goes to someone else initially. I never dealt with him over email but I do know he is a busy guy but once you get a hold of him, he'll take care of you.

$15 for shippnig is a little steep, if its sent UPS ground, it wouldn't costs more than $10 at the very most. Not to mention some people out of state are getting charged tax and some aren't, where is the consistency?

FWIW, I have shipped out laptops for $9 via ground.

You guys can try to work with him on the shipping. I never dealt with that or discussed it at all with him. I agree $15 is a little steep. As for the certain state taxes, I believe that is the individiual state law that governs it.

I don't even know who Charles is. Alex was they guy who worked on this and he specifically said 4 people total (I was one) and that he would work with everyone individually. Please contect Alex directly and let me know if there are any more issues.

Ok, just spoke with Charles and I think things are cleared up. He is probably going to check with Alex, but I let him know that Alex and I had agreed upon 4 or more people so there should be no waiting for #10.
