what if you added the RSX Type S spare tire subwoofer to the TL?
is this possible? i am not sure if the spare tire sub is passive or self-powered.

i know thath one limitation would be that the RSX spare tire is 16"x4
compared to the 17"x4 TL spare.

i just thought i'd share an idea...let me know what you think...

 

would it go under the floor? how does it work?

 

it mounts in the spare tire under the floor. no space lost which makes it a great idea.

 

good idea, would require you to locate your TL's tire changing tools, which isn't as much of an issue....

I want to add a sub, but dont want to give up trunk space and would rather keep this stealthy.

 

possible... looks kinda small though..

 

since you got the sub schema, is there a wiring reference?
that would help....
